Yeah, someone finally did it. I managed to fix it though. Apparently there was a flaw somewhere that allowed someone to gain access to the root of my webserver and add malicious code to all of the sites hosted therein. However, this has been fixed and some additional precautions have been added to insure this doesn't happen again.
